Dennis’ interest in photography was inspired at young age from family slide shows, home movies and trips to the cinema. Through his teens he experimented with imaging and contributed to family slideshow traditions, studied various forms of reference material and learned from the friends with similar photographic interests. A new camera as a college graduation gift coupled with a planned right of passage trip to Australia and New Zealand further rooted photography into one of his life’s passions. Dennis has supplemented his photographic education with classes at the Showcase School of Photography and the Atlanta College of Art. Dennis’ most current work focuses on architecture, urban landscape, lifestyle, as well as botanical subjects. He aspires to capture images of the unexpected, a unique moment in time or reveal a subject’s innate beauty evoking emotion from those that view them.
